Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for store credit only - no questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

Goods Damaged During Shipping
If your purchase is damaged during shipping you may return the purchase for repair or store credit, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment. Notification of damaged goods must be made within 5 days of receipt of product.

Method of Refund
All returns are for store credit only. No refunds to credit cards or debit cards and no cash refunds will be issued.

How to Make a Return
Contact us within 5 days of receipt of product to request a return. If return is authorized, please print and fill in the Return Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. Please also include a copy of your order confirmation and packing list.
